Abstract


Result of this research conclude that there is influence which signifikan from motivation factor consisted of individual need, individual expectation and the fair treatment to work productivity of employees PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Banjarmasin of either through simultan and parsial. This matter have to can be paid attention to by head specially and organizational in general, so that what expected by organization to reaching of target can be existed ownedly of employees having high work productivity. As one of capital business which its activity give service to society, all its employees have to own high job motivation to increase the work productivity which is later expected can yield good performance so that PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Banjarmasin can work its function to give service to society maximally can be existed.
