FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN REKRUTMENT

Abstract


The company can not run its activities without human resources supporting. The quality of the company is also determined by the quality of its employees. The recruitment of the employee should draw attention of the candidate of the employee in order to choose the qualified employees. If the number of the candidate less than it is expected, the company will have no chance to choose the qualified candidate. To achieve  a good result, the company should make the appropriate strategy in conducting the process of recruitment.     This reseacrh is conducted to find out the factors that affect the achievement of recruitment by using the quantitative method. There are 100 respondents used in this research. The 100 respondents are the students of STIE Indonesia who do not have jobs yet. The result indicates the factors that significantly affect the respondents to apply the job are company image, the certainty of the promotion of the career, and the location of the company.
