ANALISIS KINERJA PELAYANAN RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH ULIN BANJARMASIN DENGAN KONSEP VALUE FOR MONEY

Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to analyze the service performance of Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin based on the concept of value for money especially at a free health care program budget and to determine the level of people’s satisfaction of the free health care program. Value for money includes an assessment of the economic, efficiency and effectiveness. Economy was measured by comparing the funds that have been spent issued with the approved budget. Efficiency is obtained by comparing the output to the input. To measure the effectiveness conducted by distributing 300 questionnaires to 300 respondents about the level of patient satisfaction with the service provided by Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Testing the questionnaires was conducted using SPSS. The results showed that for the public health insurance program, health insurance area, the provincial health insurance still has not run economically. As for the health insurance medicines already running with economical. For the efficiency level, public health insurance program already in the category of efficient. Area health insurance are quite effective in this category. The provincial health insurance and health insurance medicines is very efficient in this category. Health insurance program area is in a category quite effective. The provincial health insurance and health insurance medicines are still not working effectively.
