ANALISIS ALOKASI TENAGA KERJA UNTUK MEMAKSIMALKAN LABA PADA CV ANUGRAH TIRTA DIKABUPATEN PANGKALAN BUN

Abstract

The research is to investigate the optima allocation of the employee at  at CV Anugrah Tirta. CV Anugrah Tirta is the company of mineral water with the brand of AG-1 at regency of Pangkalan Bun. Data  analysis used Assigment model of Hungarian method to indicate the location and the number of of the employee at production division. Data is grouped in the matrix based on the name of the employee with the symbol A, the type of job symbolized by D. The result of this research indicates that employee of A1 is assigned on distribution, employee of A2 is on production. The result also indicates that the hypothesis can be accepted. The method of current allocation of the employee results bigger cost than result analysis.
