BALANCED SCORECARD DAN MANAJEMEN STRATEGIK

Abstract


This article is about the application of the balanced scorecard in strategic management, from  strategy formulation, planning, implementation, to performance evaluation. The application is useful in translating corporation strategy into opera-tional activities which are absolutely needed in obtaining both short and long term objectives efficiently. In the absence of the translation, limited resources would likely be thoughtlessly. The scorecard, thus, serves as a controlling means for the corpo-ration to utilize its resources in a sensible way.
