ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRESTASI KERJA PADA PT SARANA KALSEL VENTURA DI BANJARMASIN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect work performance of employees in PT Sarana Kalsel Ventura is located on Pramuka Street No. 12A Banjarmasin. PT Sarana Kalsel Ventura (PT SKV) is one of the private companies engaged in financing for micro, small and medium enterprises which is a provider of capital to be able to assist and further develop existing businesses in the region of South Kalimantan with financing pattern with Profit Sharing. This study took a sample of 40 employees. Types and data sources used are the primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression by first doing a classic test of the normality assumption, multikoliritas, heterokedastisitas, and Autocorrelation. Based on the simultaneous testing of the six independent variables were analyzed (monitoring, education, work discipline, skills, motivation systems, and working conditions) of work performance, having a significant effect on the Price Earning Ratio. While based on partial test variables are education, work discipline, and skill has a significant effect on job performance, while the control variables, motivation, and working conditions has no significant effect on work performance of employees in PT Sarana Kalsel Ventura.
