PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL MELATI DI KECAMATAN BANJARMASIN TENGAH
Abstract
The condition of the physical environment for employees who spend more time working in the room is quite affecting workers' job satisfaction, especially for beginners can be considered as a pride in itself. While the individual characteristics of a skill or ability that employees have considerable influence on job satisfaction, although greatly depending on the types of work the employee, if the job does not require expertise so much influence on job satisfaction was just a little. This study aims to analyze the influence of the working environment and the characteristics ofi individual job satisfaction of employees working in Jasmine Hotel in the Central Banjarmasin district. The analysis carried out on the opinion of non managerial employees 100 people randomly chosen. The results partially suggest that work environment variables and individual characteristics significantly influence employee job satisfaction Jasmine hotel in the district of Central Banjarmasin. While the results of the simultaneous study also showed a significant association between work environment and individual characteristics on job satisfaction of jasmine hotel employees in the Central District of Banjarmasin.
