Abstract

This Study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of sustainability report disclosures on stock prices. Sustainability report indicators are economic dimension, environmental dimension, and social dimension. The stock price indicator uses the closing stock price. This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze secondary data from company annual reports and financial reports. The population of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. From 3 years data of 15 companies selected through purposive sampling, 45 observation data were obtained. The data analysis employed a regression analysis method. The results showed that simultaneous economic dimensions, environmental dimensions, and social dimensions have a significant influence on stock prices. While partially, it is shown that the economic dimension has no effect on stock prices, the environmental dimension has a positive effect on stock prices, and the social dimension has a negative effect on stock prices.
