STUDI KELAYAKAN PENDIRIAN PABRIK AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN PDAM KABUPATEN HULU SUNGAI UTARA DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KEUANGAN

Abstract

Totalize of fund that is needed for development processing of manu-facturing  drinking water in tidiness one of unit to look for profit which can give contribution to PDAM and area  according to proposal is Rp6.000.000.000,00 (six billion rupiah) in the form of  regency of HSU governmental capital to PDAM regency of  HSU in  year 2010. Net Present Value (NPV) of drinking water in tidiness showing  the positive equal to Rp197.761.711,00. From result of calculation obtained  ARR is 19,41%, while ARR minimum required or total profit after Cease divided totally  invesment is 4,56%. So ARR higher than ARR of minimum required. Result calculation of payback period obtained   3 year 7,45 month. Its meaning to bring back value of invesment early needed by 3 year 7,45 month, time obtained from result of calculation relative shorter because under economic time. Result of the calculation obtained  value of profitability index  equal to 1,032960 its meaning with interest rate used and looked into competent that is equal to 9% obtained value  profitability index is higher than 1 so that activity of invesment can be done. From result analyse at aspect finance that activity of development processing of manufacturing drinking water in tidiness at PDAM regency of HSU competent or feasible be achieved.
