FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HARGA SAHAM (STUDI KASUS PERUSAHAAN YANG TERMASUK PADA LQ-45 DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the stock price of companies included LQ-45 and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in early 2007 until the end of 2007 and to determine the influence of factors Economic Profitability (RE), the Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) toward the stock price on LQ-45 companies on the Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection from Bisnis Indonesia daily, Kontan daily and of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of supporting data related to financial information BNI Securities. Methods of data analysis with multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results concluded that the factors that affect stock prices LQ-45 beginning 2007 until the end of 2007 are economic profitability, current ratio, return on investment, net profit margin, and debt Equity Ratio. It is found that factors Economic Profitability (RE), the Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially or jointly influence the stock price on the LQ-45 companies on the Stock Exchange. Variations of the stock price changes in LQ-45 companies on the Stock Exchange which can be explained by the variable economic profitability, current ratio, net profit margin, debt equity ratio and return on assets of 41%, the remaining 59% is explained by other variables outside the model under study.
