PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTIONS (STUDY PADA KARYAWAN PIZZA HUT CABANG BANJARMASIN)
Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of orga-nizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions. Pizza Hut Banjarmasin The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique that used all member of the populations as respondent with total 48 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the third test hypothesis by using multiple linear regression showed orga-nizational commitment has a sifnificant and negative effect on turnover intentions, that job satisfaction has a significant and negative effect related on turnover intentions, organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a simultaneously significant effect on turnover intentions. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the management needs to improve organizational commit-mentand job satisfaction to reduce employee turnover intentions.
