ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN PRAJABATAN DI LINGKUNGAN PEMERINTAH KOTA BANJARBARU

Abstract

The effectiveness ia an overview about successing in all management resource from implementation of activity. The activity in this research was preservice and development training, and this training will effective if the resource were comparable with result. For knowing this effectiveness about this training and the factor which influencing this research to success then the researcher conducted depth analysis for the effectiveness of research implementation. This research were descriptive research which is giving the overview about the effec-tiveness of pre-service and development training for second section and first generation in Banjarbaru Municipal Environment. The result for this research was showing the implementation of pre-service and development training yet effective because widyaiswara factor, infra-structure and funding, whereas another factor likes, training audien-ces and the material was quite effective.
