PENGARUH PENGAWASAN, KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Abstract

This study was conducted in order to (1) analyze the effect of direct supervision, leadership, and training trough performance on job satisfaction of employees at department of industry and commerce, South Kalimantan, and (2) analyze the effect of supervision, leadership, and training on the performance of employees at the Department of industry and commerce in South Kalimantan province. This study is a survey research, namely by taking a sample from a population and using the questioner as the main data collection tool hypothesis that the truth will be tested in this study, the type used in this study is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between the variables through testing hypothesis. Number of samples taken in this study was 46 employees who work at the Department of Industry and Trade of South Kalimantan. Data source of data is the primary data and secondary. Techniques of data analysis in this study using path analysis model. Based on the analysis through the analysis of pathways that control has no direct effect on job satisfaction through employee performance Disperindang South Kalimantan Province. Leadership directly affects the performance of the employee satisfaction Disperindang South Kalimantan Province, training has no direct effect on job satisfaction through employee performance Desperindang South Kalimantan Provence. Effect on employee performance moni-toring Desperindang South Kalimantan Provence. Simultaneous supervision, leadership, training and direct influences on job satisfaction through performance Disperindang officers South Kalimantan.
