Abstract

In this paper will be discussed about the power of collective labor agreement to motivate the employee. For the first one, in this paper will be showed a short introduction about the main reason why this paper its urgent to be made, after that there will be the definition about the collective labor agreement and the procedure how to make collective labor agreement, then will be explained about the definition of the employee ‘s motivation. In the third section this paper will be showed about discussion section, for the first one in the discussion section has been explained about, how collective labor agreement can motivate the employee, and be explained about the indicators of motivation. And this section will be discuss the knowledge of employee about collective labor agreement. And how the response of company about collective labor agreement. In the last section this paper will showed the conclution and the view of the writer obout what should we can be learn about how important the collective labour agreement for motivate the employee
