KNOWLEDGE SHARING PADA HUBUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS HOTEL X DI KOTA MALANG)

Abstract


The research is based on in an organization would be happen information exchange process, between employer-employee, between employee-employee, even company and the other company. Information exchange require communication process and a system that managing a whole activities process in company as the result is a balance system in the company. Knowledge sharing is one of the best way to share information. This paper doing by descriptive qualitative analysis, with field observation and interviewing the company. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between sharing knowledge in employee relation and employee performance.
