DESKRIPSI BUDAYA MANAJEMEN KEARIFAN LOKAL DI BANJARMASIN

Abstract


The efforts of various stakeholders such as governments, universities, financial institutions and non-governmental organizations to help develop SMEs do not get optimal results. This is evident from the empirical data MSME growth quantitatively sufficient increase in the homeland, but qualitatively only a small percentage that grow into big businesses. Various aid including management training has not been able to show the results, where this occurs against the background of most SMEs are still less educated and with a busy schedule makes it difficult to accept and practice of modern business management well. A new approach is needed for the construction problems. This study tried to assess business practices description Banjar people who influenced the culture, nature, religion reciprocally and its influence on binis and performance. This research was conducted on a variety of theoretical studies, writings to test and confirm dispoisisi proposed. The results showed Banjar culture is influenced by natural conditions such as the floating markets, for fish farming,river. The influence of religion such as the sale and purchase agreement (exchange that jualah), honesty, trust, influence of culture to the residents look of confidence in the proverbial case of Dalas balangsar, mangaji honor alif, waja until kaputing, the behavior of individual cultures Banjar people happy like talking, articulate, able to coordinate , playful, likes to poke fun, brave fighting, familial, strong faith, religious, open, individualism, less ethical, less work ethic (idler), consumptive, prestige, Banjar business in general due to hereditary insistence demands of life, and incidentally, so difficult to develop optimally
