Problematika Penempatan Pekerja Outsourcing

Abstract


This study aims to determine the problematic placement of out-sourced workers in industrial companies and alternative solutions. The methods used were case study with data from interviews, questionnaires by respondents, and data from company’s docu-mentation. The results showed that there were some problems faced by outsourced workers, such as the selection and placement of workers in the production which is contrary to the law, no job training before placement of employees, discipline problems, and the work results does not meet the company's expectations, and many workers' rights are not being met such as the late payment of wages, social security, entitlement, and no chance of a permanent employee when the employee has been working several years. As an alternative solution, the company need to implement three important phases which include the planning phase, the agreement phase, and the implementation of the agreement evaluation phase.
