Pengaruh Emotion Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Toko HR Elektronik Banjarmasin

Abstract


This study aimed to examine the independent variables consist of product, equity, money, experience and energy affecting the dependent variable customer loyalty in HR Electronic Stores Banjarmasin, both simultaneously and partially. Analysis was conducted to 100 respondents with the research instrument delivered to the customer. Testing the hypothesis of the study conducted by multiplelinear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous variables that product, equity, money, experience and energy has significant influence on customer loyalty HR Electronic Stores Banjarmasin. While partially, indicated that the hypothesis that the variable product, equity and energy effect on customer loyalty at HR Electronics Store Banjarmasin may be rejected. The while the hypothesis that the variable money and experience effect on customer loyalty are accepted.
