Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of funding from outside the company, and own capital to the level of profitability. In this study the sample used is property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2012-2016). The samples used in this study are 22 companies. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method.
