PERENCANAAN PEREKRUTAN KRITERIA SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PT VARIA USAHA BETON (STUDI KASUS PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN TOL DAN PUSAT PERBELANJAAN)

Abstract


This study aims to provide design of the planning criteria for human resources recruitment in general, especially in toll road development projects and shopping centers. Criteria for employee recruitment is one of the important things to fullfill the needs of human resources for company. Not only through job analysis the required employee criteria can also based on knowledge, skills and abilities who want by the users of human resources. The sample of this research is company employees who have been and know how to work in the project. This research method using qualitative with triangulation as checking tool of data validity. The results show that the average resource person said that the minimum education that must be owned by new employees is SMA / SMK equal to the level of executor and D3/S1 for the level of supervisor or team head. The knowledge, skills and capabilities that diinginkkan users vary according to what they need in the project, but one that is certain that employees who will be accepted must have honest and open nature in according with principles management from this company.
