Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Partisipasi dalam Mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan pada Pegawai Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan Ham Kalimantan Selatan

Abstract


This research aimed to find out: (1) The influence of education level to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, (2) The influence of family resposibility to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, (3) The influence of motivation to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, (4) The influence of self efficacy to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, (5) The influence of work environment to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, and (6) The simultaneous influence of education level, family resposibility, motivation, self efficacy, and work environment to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan. This research was an explanatory research. The sample of this research was 53 respondents which taken by simple random sampling method. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple linear regression which calculated by using SPSS version 23.0 for Windows.

The findings of the research indicated that: (1) Family resposibility, motivation, and work environment had significant influence to the the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, (2) Education level and self efficacy had no significant influence to the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan, and (3) Education level, family resposibility, motivation, self efficacy, and work environment simultaneously influenced the participation in education and training on the employees of Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Kalimantan Selatan.
