Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan DM Beauty Klinik Salon dan Spa di Banjarmasin

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the employee’s performance of DM Beauty Klinik Salon and Spa in Banjarmasin. This research used explanatory research and the research approach used associative approach. The sampling technique for this study used non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The samples in this study were all employees of the DM Beauty Clinic Salon and Spa in Banjarmasin, with the total of 126 people. The data collection method used in this study was questionnaire. The technique used in data analysis was simple linear regression and t-test with SPSS version 23 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the influence of the compensation variable and employee performance variables. The results of the t-test analysis showed a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the analysis has a positive and significant effect, which means that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance.
