Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow on liquidity and profitability in the construction industry sector owned by state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange financial period in 2015 to 2018. The analysis was conducted on 4 state-owned construction industry companies, namely PT Pembangunan PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk and PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The research hypothesis was carried out twice in the process in SPSS with simple regression analysis. The results showed that operating cash flow has no significant effect both on liquidity with current ratio indicators and profitability with return on equity ratio indicators.
