PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN DAN STAF TENAGA PENGAJAR DI STMIK BANJARBARU)
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out more abou how far is the influence of the factor’s of organization culture over the employees and lecturer’s performance on STMIK Banjarbaru as simultaneous and partial. Research independent variables used are Education and Training, Working Relationship, Workplace, Manager, and Working Discipline. While dependent variable used in this research is on employees and lecturer’s performance. The data was collected by census method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From this research based on the calculation of “F” value at the alpha rate of 5%, all independent variables gave a simultaneous impact over the employees and lecturer’s performance. The determination (R square) is 0,429 or 42,9%. It explain how deep the impacts of the independent variables over the dependent variable. In other side, the result of this study is three independent variables (Working Relationship, Workplace, and Working Discipline) had a significant partial impact and two variable (Education and Training also Manager) had unsignificant partial impact over the employees and lecturer’s performance in a partial way by testing the value of “t”. The Working Discipline has been the dominant impact than any other independent variables which are known from coefficient r is 4,300. By knowing these facts, the researcher to develoving their organizational’s culture and also it needs to be mounted as one of the beneficial strategy for making and keeping the employees and lecturer’s performance on the right track.
