Peran Moderasi Inflasi Dalam Hubungan Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value and also to examine inflation as a moderator of the relationship between investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value, by taking samples from the Food and Beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. Based on the sample criteria, 61 pieces of data can be analyzed from 15 existing companies after deducting 14 outlier data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value. Moderated regression analysis (MRA) is used to examine the effect of moderating inflation on the relationship between investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability on firm value. The result shows that investment decisions, funding decisions, and profitability affect the firm value. The moderating effect of inflation is only found in the relationship between profitability and firm value. But inflation cannot moderate the relationship between investment decisions, funding decisions and firm value.
