Flexible Working Arrangement dan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Banjarmasin di Masa Pandemi

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Flexible Working Arrangement implemented during the pandemic on the performance of Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarmasin office. By employing total sampling, 49 employees were choosen as the samples of this study. Furthermore, the results showed that there was an effect of Flexible Working Arrangement on the performance of Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarmasin office employees, seen from the significance number of 0.000 < = 0.05 and the t test figure = 13.141 > t table = 2.012. Employee performance is influenced by variations in the Flexible Working Arrangement variable of 78.2%. While the remaining 21.8% variation of employee performance variables is influenced by variations of other variables.
