Analisis Perubahan Situasi Kerja Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan

Abstract


This research is a qualitative descriptive research, attempts to collect data from the 14 informants. This study analyze the relationship between changes of work situation and work motivation. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which the informants have been choosen by the researches to participating in the study. Researches choose 14 employees to become informants representing employees in Dinas Pariwisata Kalimantan Selatan. The semi-structure interview, the writer provide several questions that was asking about the work conditions and employees motivation, that subscribe by the leader. The results of the study show that there was an impact on work conditions to motivate the employees such as work from home has motivated employees until the third hierarchy of Maslow Theroy. Dinas Pariwisata Kalimantan Selatan Should provided the workers work conditions that will improve the employees motivation for self actualization.
