ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERTANIAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

The research in this thesis aims: (1) to determine whether the financial performance consisted of Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly affect stock prices together (simultaneously) at an agricultural company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the years 2009 to 2011.( 2) to assess whether the financial performance consisted of Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly affect individual stock price (partially) on agricultural company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the years 2009 to 2011. (3) to determine which financial performance consisting of Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the most dominant influence on stock price at the agricultural company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia  in the years 2009 – 2011. The analysis in this study was done in a farming sector agricultural listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia for years 2009-2011. The population sample totaling 19 companies with 10 companies. Filing management to do with descriptive statistical methods as well as using multiple linier regression methods. The result showad that all the variables simultaneously significantly affect stock prices. Partially variables Earning per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) is the most dominant influence on stock prices.
