DESKRIPSI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA DEPOT BAKSO MEWAH (MEPET SAWAH) RANTAU
Abstract
This research aims to understand the satisfaction of customers from several factors consisting of price, quality of product factor, factors and quality of services that are at Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau. The analysis was conducted on answers from 20 respondents namely customers who come to Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau by conducting interview. The research results show that customers who come to Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau quite happy with the product offered Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau, customers quite happy qualitatively flavor of food from Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau but there are some customers who do not satisfied with the quality of flavor food presented out of a sense of a changeable (not consistent), in terms of service customers felt quite satisfied but there are some customers who felt dissatisfied because the accuracy and speed in the presentation of food that late and often wrong in providing food, customers also felt quite satisfied with the performance of the employee who works at the Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau but some felt a little dissatisfied because responsiveness employees against customers who come into the depot very slow, and in terms of price customers feel the price of food at the Depot Bakso Mewah (Mepet Sawah) Rantau is quite expensive.
