ANALISIS VARIABEL-VARIABEL YANG MEMPENGARUHI MOTIVASI PARA FASILITATOR PNPM-MP DI KABUPATEN KAPUAS

Abstract


This research had two purposes e.g: (1) to do analysis of the influence of compensation variables, working conditions, management attitude toward employee, attitudes among peers, promotion, the need to improve the ability, the needs to improve, and education towards PNPM-MP facilitator motivation in Regency, and (2) to do analysis between the variables above that have the dominant influence towards PNPM-MP facilitator motivation in Kapuas Regency. Population of this research was 23 people of PNPM-MP facilitator in Kapuas Regency, and sample taken by 18 people. Data has gotten from questioner given to respondents. It used Double Linier Regression Analysis in hypothesis test to answer the purpose of research. Based on data analysis, it got a summary: (1) from the result of F test we knew that variables of compensation, working conditions, management attitude toward employee, attitudes among peers, promotion, the need to improve the ability, the needs to improve, and education significantly influence towards PNPM-MP facilitator motivation in Regency; (2) from the result of T test we knew that only management attitude toward employee, attitudes among peers and promotion that influence partially towards PNPM-MP facilitator motivation in Kapuas Regency, and (3) Promotion was the most dominant variable that influence PNPM-MP facilitator motivation in Kapuas Regency.
