PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSPORMASIONAL, TRANSAKSIONAL DAN LAISSEZ FAIRE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA PEMERINTAHAN KOTA BANJARMASIN

Abstract


Organizations-public communities such as government agencies are required to be able to provide the best service to the community. On the one hand the government organization is an arm of the government to get the source of funds for the implementation of development. The organization is a collection of people who each have a role, but between each other mutually affect the performance of the organization itself, because it is necessary to conduct empirically the relationship between variables in the organization.This research was conducted in Banjarmasin city government employees who deal directly with the pemerinrah income revenue department, the finance department and the integrated service as many as 58 employees on the influence of transformational leadership style, transksional, and laisee faire on the performance of employees. Results showed three transformational leadership style, transksioal, and laisee faire toward employee performance affects both simultaneously mapun partially, but the magnitude of the effect is not too high. Performance employee satisfaction is not very high because of the style of transformational and transactional leadership and laissez-faire is not too high. Transactional leadership style influence in government Banjarmasin Municipality showed that most of the leadership there are still too rigid regulations than the freedom and self-development to run the government.
