PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR, DAN PROMOSI JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN BARAT
Abstract
This research aim to analyze the leadership influence, motivations, communications, career development, and position pro motion indivi-dually have the influence which significant to performance of officer of office of secretariat of Sub-Province Kotawaringin Barat. As well as to know the most dominant variable to performance of officer of office of secretariat of area of Sub-Province Kotawaringin Barat either through partial or also by symultant. Sample used is 81 officer of office of secretariat of area of Sub-Province Kotawaringin Barat. Data used is primary data with the questionnaire propagated to responder. While appliance used is doubled linear regression. Result of analysis indicate that with the trust storey level 95% got result of value of parameter b (regression coefficient) for the leadership of, communications, moti-vations, career development, and position promotion each of 0,286, 0,368, 0,246, 0,068, and 0,012, this indicate that for the variable of leadership, communications, motivations, career development, and po-sition promotion. Among fifth of accurate independent variable indicate that the communications variable represent the variable having an effect on most dominant among other variable, this prov ed with the existence of biggest regression coefficient values that is 0,378. This means communications variable give the biggest contribution of its influence to performance of officer. At t Test with the trust storey level 95% got value t calculate for the variable of leadership have an effect on by significant to performance of officer. For the variable of com-munications have an effect on by significant to performance of officer. For the variable of motivate to have an effect on by significant. At F test indicate that fifth of variable that is leadership, communications, motiv ations, career development, and position promotion collectively is by significant have an effect on to variable of performance of officer. This Matter is supported with the F calculate value equal to 13,848 > Ftable of equal to 2,34 with the value of significant of equal to 0,000 < 0,05. Value of Adjusted R2 of Coefficient of Determinant R2 equal to 0,445, this matter indicate that the independent variable that is leadership, communications, motiv ations, career development, and position pro-motion can explain equal to 44,5% to variable dependent that is officer performance, while the rest of equal to 55,5% explained by variable of outside model for example career band, compensation and others.
