PENGARUH KINERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KECAMATAN BANJARBARU
Abstract
Along with the increase of population, increasing social welfare and environmental changes that constantly changing, and the demands of public service users increases, so it required the readiness and ability of personnel in the implementation of the service function. To eliminate and reduce the gap in the apparatus must have high professional skills and continuously follow developments in society. This is where the apparatus reliable performance is needed. In public sector organiza-tions, the measurement of the performance becomes very important because the measurement of performance has a close connection with public accountability. Their works should be reported in terms of per-formance accountability report. Presence to improve the lives by pro-viding the best services that are often difficult to measure with fi-nancial measures, but most can not be measured by the level of cus-tomer satisfaction or the public. In the dynamic situation, changing en-vironment, both internally and externally requires the administration of public services (institutional, management, and personnel) make ad-justments to itself, so that its performance can match the expectations of all parties. In order for the government apparatus to carry out its activities well, at least the strength of a performance that they have are the knowledge, expertise or skills, motivation and role. Thus, theo-retically it can be said that the best quality of service depends on good performance.
